IN LOVING MEMORY OF MY BELOVED GRANDFATHER - JOHN HENRY EVERALL WHO DIED ON 10TH MARCH 2006. HE WAS
A MUCH LOVED FATHER, GRANDFATHER AND GREAT GRANDFATHER. HE WAS NICKNAMED "THE ORACLE" AS WE ALL
TURNED TO HIM IN TIMES OF NEED FOR HIS UNBIASED ADVICE AND WORDS OF WISDOM. HE IS VERY MUCH LOVED
AND MISSED EVERYDAY.
A rose once grew
where all could see,
sheltered beside
a garden wall,
And as the days passed
swiftly by,
it spread its branches, straight and tall...
One day, a beam of light
shone through
a crevice that had
opened wide ~
The rose bent gently
toward its warmth
then passed beyond
to the other side
Now, you who deeply
feel its loss,
be comforted ~ the rose blooms there ~
its beauty even greater now,
nurtured by
God's own loving care.
Dear Grandad,
Miss you everyday, miss our chats and simply just sitting and enjoying each other's company.
